The Great British Bake Off star Antony Amourdoux has signed to Sauce Communications for representation, where Nichola Downs acts as his publicist and manager.

Amourdoux worked as a banker in London before taking part in this year's TV baking contest, and is now expanding his repertoire by exploring French baking techniques, drawing on his experience growing up in the former French colony of Pondicherry, India. Sauce Communications co-founder Nicky Hancock commented 'We watched GBBO and instantly fell in love with Antony's charismatic ways. We’re exceptionally excited to be joining him on this journey'.
